“MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC” means Magnolia Teepees LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives, and the “Customer” means the person renting the equipment.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT:
- All packages and pricing are subject to 8.25% tax rate.
- MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC requires a $50 deposit to reserve a specified event date. This deposit is credited towards the total cost of the party. The Customer’s remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.
- All payments are processed only through Quickbooks invoicing. The Customer may pay their invoice using a bank account, debit card, or credit card. Payments are not processed automatically; they must be initiated by the Customer.
- If the Customer’s payment is not made on or before the specified due dates and no other payment arrangements have been negotiated, the Customer will forfeit his or her deposit to MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC and the equipment rental will be considered cancelled.
TRAVEL FEES
- 15 miles of travel are included in the Customer’s party rental package.
- MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC will calculate additional travel costs based on the shortest one-way distance to the Customer’s location from 14100 Denali Wilderness Parkway, Conroe, TX 77384. Each mile after the included 15 miles is $2.
- Travel fees are added after any discounts have been applied and must be paid for at the time the Customer's final payment is due.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
- Rescheduling an event date is subject to availability, but MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC will put forth their best effort to accommodate the change.
- If the Customer cancels at least 14 days before the event date, MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC will offer a 100% refund of all completed payments by the Customer, including the $50 deposit. If the Customer cancels less than 14 days before the event date, the Customer shall forfeit the $50 deposit to MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC, and MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC will refund any additional completed payments..
- No refunds will be given once this rental agreement is fulfilled.
- No refunds will be given for personalized items that have already been completed. These items are typically completed 7-10 days prior to the event.
SET UP & PICK UP
- Set-up and pick-up times will be negotiated between MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC and the Customer. The Customer and/or homeowner must be present for MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC to enter a home.
- All children and pets must be accounted for at all times by the Customer, and must be clear of the party area until set-up or take-down is complete.
- The Customer is responsible for rearranging, cleaning, and preparing the set-up area, including moving any furniture and personal belongings. MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC is not permitted to move the Customer’s furniture or personal belongings.
- The Customer will permit MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC the use of all nearby functioning electrical outlets as it relates to the party set-up.
- Once the equipment is set up to the Customer’s approval, no equipment should be disassembled or removed from the set-up area. In the event that the rental equipment is not returned for any reason, including theft, the Customer is obligated to pay the full replacement value of any missing or stolen items as well as any and all incidental costs associated with the attempted pick up or recovery of the equipment by MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC.
DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT & REPLACEMENT
- No pets, craft supplies, make-up, nail polish, food or drinks are permitted near tents as to prevent rips, holes, stains and other damages to the equipment. Only food and drinks are only permitted on breakfast trays or picnic tables.
- Children are not permitted to jump on, climb on, or hang from the equipment or remove any equipment from the set-up area. No shoes are permitted on air mattresses, blankets, or rugs. A basket will be provided for picnics for guests to place their shoes in.
- The Customer understands that he or she is responsible for the care and integrity of the equipment for the duration of this rental agreement. The Customer is hereby obligated to pay the full replacement value of any damaged equipment that is not considered “ordinary wear and tear.”
- If the rental equipment becomes unsafe or in disrepair for any reason, the Customer agrees to discontinue its use immediately and notify MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC. MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC will repair or replace the equipment if available and if the defect is the result of normal use.
- The Customer agrees to hold MAGNOLIA TEEPEES LLC harmless for any incidental or consequential damages, injury, or death caused by use of equipment that has been deemed unsafe or by general misuse of the rental equipment.
