Queen Lace Teepee Packages
Each of our queen teepees sleeps 2 campers and measures approximately 74" wide.
These packages include the overnight rental of our queen teepees, queen size air mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets, and pillow cases, breakfast trays, chalkboard name signs, and all additional decor including accent pillows, lights, flowers, garlands, banners, etc.
Fees, Payments, & Refunds
Deposit & Payments
All packages are subject to 8.25% State and Local sales and use tax rate.
To reserve a party, there is a $50 deposit which goes towards the total, and the remaining balance is due a week before the party. Invoices are sent to your email through Quickbooks, and there are multiple payment options available.
Travel Fees
15 miles of travel are included in our package, and each additional mile is $2. Calculations are based on the one-way distance between your address and 14100 Denali Wilderness Parkway. There is no tax on travel fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
If cancelling at least 14 days before the event date, we will offer a refund of all completed payments, including the $50 deposit. If cancelling less than 14 days before the event date, we will offer a refund of completed payments minus the $50 deposit which you may apply towards another date. Rescheduling an event date is subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate the change.
