Please note that favors and gifts will be invoiced separately and must be paid for in full before any personalization begins. Turnaround time for personalized items is 7-10 days. There are no refunds for personalized items once projects have been started. There are additional costs for more intricate designs. All prices are subject to 8.25% tax rate.
